Payment Methods

• We accept cash, mobile money (M‑Pesa), and major bank transfers.
• For online purchases, secure payment gateways are used to protect your information.

Flat Rate Shipping Fee

• A KSh 500 flat rate is applied to all orders for delivery anywhere in Kenya.
• This fee is added at checkout and covers standard 3‑day shipping.

Order Confirmation

• Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
• You will receive a receipt and confirmation message with your order details.

Refunds & Adjustments

• If a product is unavailable after payment, we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative product.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days depending on your payment method.

Invoices

• Every purchase comes with a formal invoice showing product details, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.
• Invoices can be requested digitally or printed at the point of sale.
