• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A flat shipping fee of KSh 500 applies to all orders delivered within Kenya.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received, and invoices are issued for every purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery is within 3 business days across Kenya.
• Customers will be notified of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is delivered.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned or exchanged if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
